2、凭此卡可在YESIDO椰岛任一家分店使用并消费，本卡为磁卡，买单需要刷卡才可消费。
3、当您的会员卡内余额不足以用于此次消费时，请及时充值保证您的需求。
4、此卡为储值消费，卡内划账享受其优惠，不可与其他促销活动的优惠条款同时共享。
5、如果您的个人通讯地址、电话等信息需要变更，请及时与我们电话或者到任一家店面前台更新。
6、请妥善保管您的会员卡，若有遗失请及时电话联系任一家分店或及时到任一家分店前台办理挂失补办，以免造成您的卡金损失和不必要的麻烦。
7、此卡不可做挂账使用，最终解释权归YESIDO椰岛造型连锁机构所有。
Notes for Members
1、Your YESIDO membership card is a prepaid card. The criteria for activating a card may differ according to region, so please visit or call your local salon for more information(i.e. Card activation requires a nominal fee of ￥10，the deposit can later be refunded at any YESIDO salon).
2、This card can be used in any YESIDO salon. This is a magnetic card that needs to be scanned at checkout.
3、When the card balance is not enough to cover the service charges, please recharge the card.
4、This card is a stored value card and allows the cardholder to enjoy our member discount. Discount does not apply when used in conjunction with other promotions.
5、If your address or telephone number changes, please call us or go to any YESIDO salon as soon as possible to update account information.
6、Please be careful not to lose your card. If it is lost, please visit or call any YESIDO salon as soon as possible to report the loss and activate a new card.
7、This card cannot be used as a credit card. Wuhan YESIDO Salon Chain reserves the right to final explanation of the terms.
